Are you an inspiring educator with a passion for developing future HR and people management professionals? South Staffordshire College is looking for a dedicated CIPD Lecturer to deliver high-quality Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) programmes in people management.

 

As a core member of our team, you’ll design and lead engaging courses, creating impactful blended learning experiences that empower students to excel in their careers. With expertise in HR and a Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), you’ll help shape the next generation of industry leaders.

 

While teaching, training, or assessment experience is beneficial, we also welcome candidates who are ready to grow. We provide support to help you gain a teaching qualification, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
