About this Role

What we are looking for:

Are you an ambitious and inspirational leader ready for a new challenge? Impact Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Deputy Head to join team, working across our thriving primary schools in Bromley. This is a full-time post, combining Deputy Head Leadership with regular classroom teaching.

In this role, you will:

  • Share leadership responsibilities across primary schools, shaping the curriculum and driving standards.
  • Line manage and develop middle leaders and class teachers.
  • Drive school improvement, monitor standards, and lead professional development
  • Use your skills in data analysis, intervention planning, and inclusive practice to support all learners.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Executive Headteacher, governors, parents, and external partners.
  • Retain classroom teaching duties, modelling exceptional practice.

 What we are looking for:

  • A qualified teacher with significant leadership experience in primary settings.
  • Expertise in curriculum and assessment development, staff management, and school improvement.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Experience as a safeguarding lead is desirable.
