We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Financial Operations Officer to join our Central Services Team
This is a full time 37-hour-per-week position working a full year.
As part of a busy and collaborative team, you’ll lead on the day to day transactional financial activities of the Trust, as directed by the Finance Operations Manager, monitoring considerable expenditure totalling more than £12m per annum. This role encompasses the provision of high quality financial administration including the processing of financial transactions, regular review of open items on the ledgers, addressing queries and issues, maintaining supplier master data and preparing and posting payments.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across our academies, helping to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-focused approach will be essential to your success.
