PERMANENT

Grade F (Point 12 – 17) £27,711 - £30,060 per annum pro-rata
Term time only plus INSET days

(Actual Salary c. £20,133 - £21,840)


 31.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break
+ 1.5 hours for a weekly planning meeting
 

Start date – December 2024

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children. 

Due to the opening of two new Speech and Language Specialist Resourced Base Provision at Canford Heath Infant and Junior School, the MAT Trustees are looking to appoint a HLTA who is dedicated, compassionate, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our children. 

The
Resourced Base Provision will cater for children of primary age (4-11), initially accommodating a maximum of 15 children across the two bases, with anticipated growth up to a maximum of 35 children over the next three years.

The successful candidate will work each day to cover the class teacher. The contract also allows time for weekly planning. Staff will be employed by the Trust as a whole.  The current vacancy will be based at either Canford Health Infant or Canford Heath Junior School.

 

If you: 

      Are keen to work in a supportive, learning environment

      Are able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role 

      Are confident to be able to teach whole classes each afternoon 

      Are suitably qualified with HLTA status or equivalent qualifications or higher.
