About this Role

We are looking to appoint a Projects Co-ordinator on a fixed term basis for 1 year.
This is a senior central role within the
Trust, working directly with the Head of Business to lead and deliver
high-impact operational programmes and service improvements across all schools.
The post holder will operate with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating
complex, cross-functional work across estates, IT, catering, cleaning,
attendance, compliance and information governance.
The role combines strategic programme leadership with operational delivery, ensuring that Trust-wide systems, processes and standards are effectively designed, implemented and consistently applied. The post holder will influence senior stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and drive improvements that have a direct impact on the quality, efficiency and compliance of services across the Trust.
