About this Role

Wootton Academy Trust are seeking a Reprographics Administrator, to be located mainly at Wootton Upper School to join a supportive and friendly administrative team. 

The ideal candidate should have good interpersonal, IT and communication skills providing a high-quality service to staff and students. You will have a great eye for detail and be able to provide staff with effective solutions for the reprographic requests. 

You will provide effective administrative support for all aspects of the Trust's function as well as a fast, accurate and economical service of all printed and reprographic resources for the Trust.

You will be a reliable, organised and skilled administrator who is able to assimilate information quickly and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders with the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions.

Part of the role will be supporting the Reception team, which will involve dealing with all visitors and callers promptly, politely and efficiently.  

This role is advertised as full time however we will consider applications for part time hours (please advise at time of applying).
