About this Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Level 2/Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
The role includes planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS, building positive relationships with children and families, observing and assessing children’s progress, and ensuring high standards of care at all times. Candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate good communication skills, and have a genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive and reach their full potential.
Previous nursery experience and a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification are essential. Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and the EYFS framework is preferred.
