About this Role

HEAD OF CRICKET 

Permanent/Part-time

Required ASAP

 The Head of Cricket will report to the Director of Sport.

 The postholder will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has the vision and ability to develop strategic goals and implement them for Cricket.

 You will oversee the structure and delivery of coaching and organise the overall programme for cricket.  We are looking for a creative, strategic, forward-thinking individual who can share and implement ideas to increase numbers of participants and ensure a fully inclusive programme is delivered for all abilities.

 This position is being advertised as a permanent position, offered on a part-time basis, Lent Term, 4 hours a week for admin and indoor nets and Trinity Term.

 The current working hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-5:30pm, Wednesday 10:30am-5:30pm, Friday 1pm-4pm and Saturday 7am-2pm. Internally it attracts RP 1.
