The vacancy

The White Horse Federation is a Multi-Academy Trust comprising 30 schools. We are currently seeking a Trust Receptionist and HR Administrator Apprentice to deliver efficient, comprehensive, and confidential front-of-house and administrative support services.

 The successful candidate will be approachable and professional, serving as the first point of contact for visitors to our central office. This role also involves supporting the People Team with a variety of reception and administrative duties.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications – minimum 4 in English and Maths.

Microsoft Office and Outlook

Good organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication / people skills
