Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours a week all year round. Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm

Salary: Hay Grade: £47,664.69 to £51,927.88

Vacancy Details

The White Horse Federation is seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Site Manager to support the effective management of our school estates across a group of academies.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate site operations across multiple schools, ensuring our learning environments are safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose.

Reporting to the Regional Estates Manager, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across a cluster of schools
  • Line manage and support Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and cleaning teams
  • Ensure high standards of maintenance, cleanliness and presentation across all sites
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors, ensuring compliance and quality of work [Assistant...escription | PDF]
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, including statutory checks and record keeping [Assistant...escription | PDF]
  • Support school leaders with estates planning, development and improvement
  • Contribute to estates strategy and capital projects across the Trust
  • Respond to emergencies and provide out-of-hours support where required

All About you

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in site or estates management, ideally within a school or multi-site environment
  • Has strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrates experience managing staff and contractors
  • Is organised, practical and solutions-focused with a hands-on approach
  • Can work flexibly across multiple locations
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH (or willingness to work towards) are desirable.
