About the Role

enjoys building strong partnerships, providing expert employee relations

large and diverse Multi-Academy Trust.
As a Field HR Manager, you will work closely with
Headteachers and leaders across a group of schools, acting as a trusted HR

Alongside your school-facing responsibilities, you will work
closely with colleagues across our Central HR Services teams, supporting
payroll, recruitment, wider HR projects and contributing to the delivery of an
efficient, customer-focused HR service. No two days are the same, making this
an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, varied and rewarding
environment.
We are looking for a confident and pragmatic HR professional
who enjoys working collaboratively, building relationships and finding
practical solutions to people challenges.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent HR support
and want to join an ambitious organisation where your expertise can make a real
difference, we would love to hear from you.

we are looking for will be:
- An
experienced HR professional, with a solid understanding of employee
relations matters such as absence management, flexible working requests,

supporting operational HR in areas such as payroll, recruitment, TUPE
processes and wider HR projects.
- Confident
in providing practical, professional and solution-focused advice to
leaders and employees.

excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building
skills.
- Highly
organised, with excellent planning skills and the ability to manage
competing priorities effectively.
