About this Role
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our dedicated facilities team as a Mobile Building Services Supervisor at Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our school premises, supporting the Site team in maintaining a high-quality environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will provide flexible, high-quality estates and facilities support across multiple academy sites. They will ensure that school environments are safe, secure, clean and well maintained and will respond to site needs, emergencies and planned maintenance tasks. You should have a good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. Previous caretaking/cleaning experience is preferred for this role. Driving licence advantageous.
