Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join this specialist provision in Stoke Poges.
Sefton Park campus provides a calm, nurturing and expertly designed environment for up to 70 young people aged 9-19. Our students have a history of Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA), high levels of anxiety and significant gaps in learning due to disrupted educational journeys. We help our pupils thrive emotionally, socially and academically through personalised teaching, specialist therapeutic support, real-world life skills and above all, a focus on future pathways into work. Our aim is to prepare every pupil to leave us with the confidence, skills and experience to succeed in the real world, whether through employment, apprenticeships or further training.
Our growing team is passionate, experienced and driven by the belief that every child deserves a future they can be proud of.
