We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and Assistant CEO within a dynamic education setting. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth running of executive operations while also supporting the Trustโs complaints processes with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior leadership, demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. You should be confident working independently, using your initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems, and possess strong IT skills, including a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
