As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teachers and our multi-disciplinary team, you will help deliver engaging learning experiences, promote positive relationships, and support students to overcome barriers to learners. 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for somebody who is:

• Passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with SEND. 
• Positive, patient, and resilient with their approach. 
• Experienced in working with children or young people (e.g. as a Teaching Assistant or Support Worker, or similar), ideally with SEND or SEMH needs. 
• Confident in delivering personalised one-to-one support.
• Able to build strong, trusting relationships and adapt to changing situations. 
• Equipped with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to safeguarding.
