St Barnabas Multi Academy
Trust is currently seeking an Estates Manager to join our team of 14
schools. The role of the Estates Manager
involves providing strategic leadership for the Trust’s estates and Health and
Safety function, with a key focus on ensuring compliance, managing procurement
and suppliers, and setting robust policies.
In this role, you will be
responsible for:
The successful candidate
will have extensive Health & Safety knowledge and previous experience in
commercial building compliance. Proven skills in strategic planning, contract
management and adherence to compliance standards are essential. You
will be required to work in partnership with the Senior Leadership team and
school staff to manage all aspects of the Trust’s properties including upkeep,
care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management. You
will provide an efficient and professional service to the schools and
suppliers/contractors to ensure the smooth operation of the estates function.
We are looking to appoint an
experienced Estates Manager who:

schools across Cornwall and the successful candidate will be expected to travel
to each school when required so a full driving license is essential for this
role. This is an all year round role working 37 hours per week with 31 days per year annual leave (plus bank holidays)
