The Deputy Cluster Manager plays a critical role in providing day to day support across administration, organisation and management of students and staff within the Keller Cluster of Launch2Learning's centres (Maud Heath & Melksham).
Key responsibilities include:
ยท > Develop a fantastic working
relationship with local education authorities who's students need our support, at both school and Local Authority level, in
co-ordination with the Cluster Manager
> To support the induction of New Students and staff
> Support Cluster Managers with student concerns
and information
> Deliver a 0.5 teaching timetable allocation to a
high standard
> To collate and claim for the AQA unit awards
within the cluster
> Manage and support the administration team within the Cluster.
> To undertake the role of Deputy Designated
