  • Be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, staff, and external professionals.
  • Have the ability to lead and manage support staff to deliver outstanding SEND provision.
  • Be highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.

In return, we will offer:

  • A supportive environment where contributions and ideas are encouraged, valued and supported.
  • A collaborative and supportive school community that is underpinned by the Christian ethos, driven by a shared passion of children’s welfare and education.
  • A rewarding and exciting working environment, that inspires and challenges within a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Access to a vast array of employee benefits and recognition systems, via our brand-new partnership with Vivup.
  • Employment within one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in the Peterborough Diocese, with wider development, training and career opportunities.
  • High quality support in your role from a knowledgeable and proactive SEND team.
