We are looking for an exceptional Academy Improvement Officer to support, challenge, and inspire a group of thriving primary schools within our trust. As our Academy Improvement Officer, you will play a key strategic role in driving school improvement. Working as part of a well-established, high-performing central team and working closely with committed senior leaders, you will provide high‑quality support and challenge to ensure consistent, sustainable improvement and outstanding outcomes for all pupils. Your work will be varied, impactful, and influential. You will be joining a trust that values innovation, collaboration and continuous professional learning.
