About this Role

We are seeking an exceptional SEND Manager to drive, lead and co-ordinate quality SEND provision across a group of vibrant and diverse primary schools within the Trust. Working collaboratively with school SENCos, teachers, support staff and the Trust’s leadership team, the post holder will implement a coherent and impactful approach to SEND support, enhancing outcomes and championing inclusivity in line with the Trust’s vision and values. 

 This is a unique opportunity to shape practice and make a meaningful difference to children and families across our community.

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will bring:

  • A child-centred approach, unwavering commitment to inclusion, and a belief that every child can achieve.
  • Expert knowledge of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice, and confidence in applying this across a range of school contexts.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide SENCOs and support staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective partnership with families, external agencies, and school leaders.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor provision, track outcomes, and drive improvement.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking, bringing creativity and clarity to complex situations.
  • Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams, demonstrating confidence in collaboration and decision-making.

Post Details - Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 2 weeks (negotiable), hybrid working plus travel to school, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
