Serenity Education Group is a growing, values-led organisation dedicated to transforming the educational experience of children and young people with special educational needs. Across our five specialist schools, we provide holistic, high-quality education for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Global Learning Delay (GLD), and complex communication and sensory needs.
We are now seeking an exceptional leader and practitioner to take on the pivotal role of Head of Teaching and Learning (Nurture) — a cross-group position driving excellence and consistency across our Nurture Pathway for learners aged 4–19.
As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will shape, lead, and enhance teaching and learning across our schools, ensuring every pupil experiences a curriculum that empowers communication, independence, and engagement.

Design, embed, and quality-assure the EQUALS curriculum to deliver coherence and progression.
Coach, mentor, and develop teachers to model outstanding SEN practice.
Implement robust systems for data, impact evaluation, and quality assurance.
Champion communication-centred practice and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Your leadership will ensure that Serenity Education Group continues to deliver “Excellence from Enrolment to Graduation.”
You are an innovative and reflective leader with a deep understanding of SEN pedagogy. You thrive on collaboration and continuous improvement, and you’re passionate about helping staff and students reach their full potential.
