This is a Trust-wide senior leadership role with the opportunity to influence the education and life chances of over 12,000 young people, by working alongside school leaders and staff.
At St Gabriel the Archangel, our mission is clear:
To form Christ-centred pilgrims of hope with kind hearts, questioning minds, a thirst for knowledge and a hunger for justice.
As Trust Lead, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with principals, teachers, staff and leaders in our schools, alongside the CEO, Catholic Senior Executive Leaders and the wider Executive Team, to design, lead and embed transformation programmes.
You will:
Collaborate with school leaders and experts across our ten secondary schools and sixth forms to codify, co-design and embed the very best practice, ensuring that innovative approaches are shared and scaled across the Trust
Coach and mentor practitioners, strengthening leadership capacity across the Trust
Work directly in schools, supporting curriculum, teaching, assessment, inclusion, behaviour and culture
Lead improvement initiatives that raise standards rapidly, while building communities of hope and respecting the uniqueness of every school community
Champion equity and inclusion, ensuring every decision reflects our hunger for justice
This role is ideal for an experienced Principal or Trust leader with a proven track record of transforming schools through hands-on leadership, visible presence and deep collaboration.
If you are passionate about working in schools to help young people grow in faith, knowledge, character and justice, we would love to hear from you.
