Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi-Academy Company is seeking an exceptional and dynamic CEO to lead our current family of 19 Catholic academies from 1st September 2025. As CEO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of our Multi-Academy Company, driving educational excellence, and embodying our Catholic ethos and values. In addition, you will be uniquely positioned to transition into the role of CEO Designate of a future large Catholic Multi-Academy Trust in the Archdiocese of Birmingham, leading even greater transformation and growth.
This role is more than just a leadership position; it is an opportunity to shape the future of Catholic education on a significant scale. You will be entrusted with nurturing the spiritual, educational, and community dimensions of our schools while preparing to take on a transformative leadership role within a much larger Catholic multi-academy trust.
