Are you an exceptional teacher of Science with a passion for
raising standards, driving excellence, and shaping the future of teaching and
learning across multiple schools? We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational
Assistant Director of Science, preferably with a specialism in Chemistry,
however Biology and Physics specialists will be considered, to join our central
School Improvement Team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven educational leader to influence practice across departments, develop high-quality teaching, and support the ongoing improvement journey within our Trust.

Connect Multi-Academy Trust is legally obligated to

to relevant posts. The DBS check will reveal both spent and unspent

Please note that we operate a probationary
period of 6 months across all jobs in the Trust (see attached policy for
further details). You will receive a comprehensive induction to support
you to successfully pass your probation.
