About this Role

Careers & Marketing Officer

Connect MAT | Grade 3 | Based at Trust HQ

37 hours per week | Term time plus 2 weeks

Are you creative, organised, and passionate about making a difference?
We’re looking for a dynamic Careers & Marketing Officer to help us tell our story, engage our communities, and help inspire the next generation.

This is an exciting hybrid role where marketing meets meaningful impact—from running campaigns and creating content to supporting careers education and student opportunities across our schools.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and delivering creative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media
  • Producing engaging content for websites, newsletters, and social platforms
  • Helping manage and grow our online presence and brand
  • Coordinating events such as open evenings, careers fairs, and community activities
  • Supporting careers programmes, including work experience, employer engagement, and student events
  • Working with colleagues and external partners to bring ideas to life

 What we’re looking for

You’ll be:

  • A confident communicator with strong written and digital skills
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Creative, proactive, and full of ideas
  • Comfortable using social media and IT systems
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for young people

Experience in marketing, events, or education is a bonus—but your attitude, energy, and ability to deliver matter most.

Please note that we operate a probationary period of 6 months across all jobs in the Trust (see attached policy for further details).  You will receive a comprehensive induction to support you to successfully pass your probation.
