(£50,788 to £62,801) dependent upon skills &

Line Manage:
The IT Manager will provide
leadership and management support to the IT Technicians across the schools.
The Core Purpose of the Post
As a key member of the Executive
Leadership Team, the IT Manager is responsible for leading the IT strategy,
infrastructure, and support provision across the Trust and its schools. This
role ensures a robust, secure, and innovative digital environment that supports
high-quality education, aligns with the Trust’s strategic vision and delivers
best value.
The post holder will be accountable
for:
• Overseeing
IT provision across the Trust, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Leading
on IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and digital
transformation.
• Managing IT budgets and procurement to
ensure cost efficiency and compliance with
financial regulations.
• Supporting
the educational technology strategy to enhance teaching and learning.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection laws, supporting
Trust’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including
the CEO, the central Executive Team, school leadership teams, external vendors,
and the Board of Trustees.
