About this Role

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a significant impact to the lives of young people?

Join our small but ambitious Multi-Academy Trust in this newly created role. You will help shape and strengthen HR practice across our schools, working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver high-quality, pragmatic and people-focused support. Working as part of a supportive central HR team, you will play a key role in Trust growth, including supporting schools joining the Trust or accessing HR services through Service Level Agreements. This is a varied and rewarding role combining both strategic and operational responsibilities across a thriving school environment.

You will bring strong HR generalist experience, including managing complex employee relations, alongside a sound knowledge of employment law and effective HR practice. You will be confident influencing others, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a clear commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and continuous improvement. Experience within education is desirable but not essential.
