We are seeking a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Worker to join our team at The Riccher Federation. This exciting new role will be based across all three nurseries within the Federation where  you will deliver individualised support for children identified in the lowest 20% of achievement, partnering with parents & carers to remove barriers to progress and accelerate learning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Working with and supporting families with their children to develop as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of support provided to families and progress made
• Working across the Federation with children who need a little extra support
• Carrying out bespoke interventions
• Contribute to the monitoring, recording and assessment of pupil progress

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Empathy and compassion for families
• NVQ Leve 3 or equivalent

Hours of work will be 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Wednesday evenings will be required for training sessions.
