We are seeking an exceptional Deputy
Trust Facilities Manager to report to the Trust Facilities Manager and deliver high‑quality facilities and estates
management across our family of schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced Facilities professional to support the shaping safe, efficient, and
inspiring environments that enable outstanding teaching and learning.
Working across multiple schools, you will bring a facilities oversight, professional expertise and hands‑on leadership to ensure our estate is compliant, well‑maintained, and aligned with the Trust’s values and long‑term aims.
About This Role
The Trust Deputy Facilities
Manager plays a crucial role, supporting the Trust Facilities Manager in
ensuring that all schools within Westcountry Schools Trust (WeST) provide safe,
efficient and inspiring environments for pupils, staff and visitors. Working
across multiple sites, you’ll take ownership of the Facilities Management
Service Plan, spanning compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, capital
projects, and continuous improvement.
