Unity Education Trust are recruiting for a teacher to join our education team at our Pathfinder School Rosebery to start as soon as possible.

Get in to teaching to make a real difference?

Feel like you just want to be supported to be an inspirational teacher?

We are looking for a teacher to make a real and lasting difference to our students.   We seek a professional who is keen to demonstrate their excellent teaching expertise. The successful candidate will need to show an ability to teach to a GCSE level.

Although supporting these young people can be challenging, the rewards are immense as we see them develop and succeed in reaching their full potential, gaining educational outcomes and returning to mainstream wherever possible.

It can be challenging at times and working here isn’t for everyone. However, with a high staff to pupil ratio and a supportive management team the opportunity to effect real change and witness rapid progress is significant.

Our schools are specialists in catering for various students in an all-through setting, our varied cohort of students include children classed as missing education and permanently excluded from mainstream schools, as such many of the pupils have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD).

Unity Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years; for all our services we will request references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our Schools.

If you would like an informal chat about this exciting role, please contact Julie Wilson via email on jwilson@ros.unity-ed.uk for an informal friendly chat.

Previous applicants need not re-apply.
