We are looking for a passionate and organised professional to join our Teacher Training team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of secondary teachers. This is a unique opportunity to support trainee teachers on their journey into the profession working closely with secondary schools mentors and programme leads to ensure high-quality training and development.
You will act as a trusted point of contact providing personalised guidance delivering training and contributing to a programme that is ambitious supportive and rooted in best practice. About Us
Red Kite Teacher Training are a high quality provider of school-based teacher training across North and West Yorkshire, working in partnership with schools and the University of Leeds to develop confident, skilled and highly employable teachers. Our trainees benefit from a cohesive and carefully sequenced programme that integrates centre-based training with rich school experience, ensuring they develop strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice.
This is an exciting time to join Red Kite Teacher Training. Our growing reputation as an excellent, diverse and supportive ITT provider means that our trainee numbers have risen every year since we became an Initial Teacher Training Provider 10 years ago. We are a popular choice for those wishing to train to teach and our numbers average around 180 trainees across primary and secondary combined each year.
