About this Role

Part time. Term-time only, Training Days + one week.  25 Hours per week. Monday – Friday 9.30am-2.30pm

We are looking for a warm, organised and detail-focused administrator to join Red Kite Teacher Training and play an important role in supporting the next generation of teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, people-centred team where relationships, support and shared success are at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you will be central to the candidate journey, supporting enquiries, applications, interviews and offers and providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for prospective trainees. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering an excellent service and want to make a real difference, you will play a key part in creating a positive and supportive experience for every applicant.

About our Trust

Red Kite Teacher Training are a high quality provider of school-based teacher training across North and West Yorkshire, working in partnership with schools and the University of Leeds to develop confident, skilled and highly employable teachers. Our trainees benefit from a cohesive and carefully sequenced programme that integrates centre-based training with rich school experience, ensuring they develop strong subject knowledge and effective classroom practice.

This is an exciting time to join Red Kite Teacher Training. Our growing reputation as an excellent, diverse and supportive ITT provider means that our trainee numbers have risen every year since we became an Initial Teacher Training Provider 10 years ago. We are a popular choice for those wishing to train to teach and our numbers average around 180 trainees across primary and secondary combined each year.

As part of the Red Kite Learning Trust, we work collaboratively to develop high-quality teachers and provide opportunities for the first steps in their teaching careers.

Red Kite Learning Trust are a people centred organisation and we recognise we cannot achieve our mission together, without attracting the very best talent and being recognised as a great place to work. As we mark 10 years since our Trust was founded, we celebrate a decade of learning, collaboration, and achievement – not just for our schools and communities, but for the colleagues who make it all possible.

Here’s what you can expect when you join us:

  • Generous pension scheme: Employer contribution rate of 19%, plus a wide range of benefits and discounts. Full details HERE
