About this Role

Queen’s College Preparatory School is based on Portland Place, close to Regents Park and the West End. An all-girls prep school from 3-11, the school plays an important part in the history of Queen’s College, London and many of the girls join ‘Big Queen’s’ at 11. With over 200 pupils in a grade II listed building, the girls enjoy a nurturing home from home environment, with a robust curriculum and specialist teaching across science, music, art, PE and dance.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead the busy school office, the central hub of daily school operations. Managing a team of two, the successful candidate will oversee a broad range of administrative and operational responsibilities, including pupil welfare and first aid provision. This role would particularly suit someone with previous experience in a school environment who understands the importance of efficient systems and processes, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupils. This is a term time plus four weeks role.
