About this Role

First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 29 primary schools across Devon and West Dorset is seeking to appoint a HR Coordinator.


We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our busy HR Team. The role can be based in either our Axminster Office or Office at Blackpool Primary School and is being offered with an immediate start and on a fixed term basis until the end of the Summer term.

The role will be supporting one of our 3 Partnerships with recruitment and HR activities and will be working closely with the Trust Business Managers responsible for the schools in their Partnership.

We would like you to have:

● Experience of providing excellent administration support in a busy office environment

● Experience of organising own workload including prioritising work to meet tight deadlines

● Experience of ICT software and information systems (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)

● Experience of handling confidential information

● An interest in Human Resources

● Strong numeracy and literacy skills with meticulous attention to detail

● Outstanding communication skills

● Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally


30 hours per week; 41 weeks per year
