Cambrian Learning Trust is seeking a compassionate,
proactive and highly organised Trust Inclusion & Engagement Worker to
support children, and their families at Faringdon Community College, Folly View Primary School & The Elms Primary School.
This rewarding role focuses on removing barriers to
learning, improving attendance, supporting wellbeing, and helping families
access the right support at the right time. Working closely with school staff,
external agencies and families, you will play a vital role in improving
outcomes for vulnerable pupils and strengthening home-school partnerships.

Experience in delivering parenting programmes, therapeutic interventions (such as ELSA or Drawing & Talking), or supporting mental health and wellbeing is desirable.
This role will involve working across schools within the Faringdon area.
