HR Manager
Salary: £34,434 – £41,771 per annum
Grade 4, SCP 23 – 31
36.5 hrs
per week, all year contract

soon as possible
The post holder
will need to work on their own initiative within a busy environment, have
excellent organisational and ICT skills, and be able to advise the Senior
Leadership Team and the Trust Board on Human Resource matters. The ideal
candidate will be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have a background in
school/educational Human Resources with demonstrable experience of managing HR
in an Academy/Trust environment. Experience of working with Bromcom or a
similar MIS package would be advantageous.
