About this Role

Are you excited by the opportunity to influence and impact across a whole group of schools?

Are you passionate about leading Headteachers to ensure they make a real difference to the lives of young people who need it most?

Will you have a relentless pursuit for the highest academic outcomes achievable regardless of need, ability or context?

We are looking to appoint a passionate and ambitious individual who is driven by a desire to affect social change and give our pupils, staff and communities the skills and knowledge to succeed.

The academies you will be leading are part of Djanogly Learning Trust. This is a new role building on our primary growth and we are looking to appoint a Deputy Director of Education who will embrace being part of a group of schools – being prepared to both take and implement the best ideas from others, whilst also sharing and celebrating the best bits of existing practice. Djanogly children are Djanogly children whichever of our schools they attend, and you will have a responsibility for wanting the best for all of them.

Are you passionate about leading Headteachers who are working in academies serving areas of high deprivation?

Can you embrace both the challenges and rewards that this role will bring?

Are you an experienced Headteacher with a proven track record of strong outcomes and provision that allows children to excel, who wants to take the next step to work across a Trust with multiple schools across different locations and communities?

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a passionate, hardworking and ambitious team who are focused on raising standards, improving quality and developing our people so that our pupils achieve the best that they can be.

If you are excited by this role, we would love to hear from you!

Visits to the Trust are encouraged! If you wish to arrange a visit, discover more about this exciting opportunity, need any further information or you would like to have an informal discussion, please contact, Demi Stanley at d.stanley@djanogly.org
