About this Role

The post is to add 6 hours per week to our current administration, term-time only (38 weeks per year), with the working pattern to be agreed in line with your current working hours/arrangements. We envisage this will be a variation to your current contract in your school setting. This is likely to be remote working from your current work location or from home, with occasional visits to the DSAT office in Wilton.

As a valued member of our Trust, you will add additional capacity to the HR Administration function.

The position will require working with the HR Team, focusing on accurately processing contractual change forms, compiling variation letters, alongside supporting central HR.

You will:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience in HR/administration within an education setting;
  • Have a clear understanding of Right Choice HR Forms;
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders;
  • Be able to work accurately, confidently prioritising, whilst working to deadlines;
  • Have strong word processing skills;
  • Be comfortable working on a variety of IT systems including Arbor.

We can offer you:

  • A supportive and friendly team environment;
  • Opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
  • Collaborative Professional Learning development opportunities.

How to Apply
