Chiltern Way Academy Prestwood is a specialist secondary SEMH provision for students aged 11–16. Set in spacious, modern facilities with extensive grounds, Prestwood offers a personalised, skills‑focused curriculum that builds independence, resilience and confidence while supporting every learner to succeed in school and beyond. 

At Chiltern Way Academy Trust, we don’t do ordinary. We are rewriting the future for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) through innovative, transformational education. Our award‑winning Multi Academy Trust provides cutting‑edge, compassionate and personalised learning across our specialist campuses. 

We are seeking a Support Manager who will play an active role in managing, challenging and supporting  ASC/SEMH students behaviour on a day to day basis.

We are seeking an individual to support the Head of Campus and SLT in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions, supporting and encouraging students to be able to access their education and ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school.
