Chiltern Way Academy Prestwood is a specialist secondary SEMH provision for students aged 11–16. We are seeking a Support Manager who will play an active role in managing, challenging and supporting ASC/SEMH students behaviour on a day to day basis.

We are seeking an individual to support the Head of Campus and SLT in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions, supporting and encouraging students to be able to access their education and ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school.
