We are seeking an experienced, strategic and values-driven Director of People to lead our HR and organisational development function.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide expert leadership across all aspects of people management, ensuring our workforce is supported, developed and aligned to the Trust’s vision and priorities.
You will be instrumental in driving a high-performance culture, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring best practice in HR across the Trust.
We are looking for a confident and credible HR leader with a passion for people and education.
You will have:
Experience within a multi-academy trust or school environment is highly desirable but not essential.
