About the Role
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our central HR team on a one year temporary project based role to support with administrative tasks as directed by the people business partners. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across your area of responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
This post is a genuine fixed-term appointment and is linked directly to the delivery of a specific project.
The appointment is expected to last for 12 months, however the continuation of the role is dependent upon the ongoing requirements and timescales of the project. Should the project be completed, or cease before the anticipated end date, the organisation reserves the right to bring the fixed-term appointment to an end earlier following appropriate consultation.
At the end of the project, or when the requirement for the project work ceases, the organisation may no longer require the duties undertaken by this role. In these circumstances, the fixed-term contract may terminate due to the cessation of the business need for the post.
Applicants should therefore be aware that there is no expectation that this position will become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
