As our HR Manager, you’ll support the delivery of the Trust’s HR strategy, working operationally and strategically across a broad range of people priorities. You’ll advise senior leaders, lead complex casework, and contribute to key projects that enhance the employee experience and strengthen school performance.
You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to ensure our HR service is proactive, professional and aligned to our vision.

General Responsibilities
Strong generalist HR experience, ideally across a multi-site or education setting
Confidence managing complex ER matters and organisational change
Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
A proactive mindset, with a passion for wellbeing, inclusion and continuous improvement
