The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership of inclusion and will be particularly focused on supporting and safeguarding those vulnerable children, children with SEND and additional needs and those who are disadvantaged or at risk of disadvantage or harm. The postholder will be expected to support our current academy leaders through a mix of coaching, mentoring, direction and at times rolling your sleeves up and role-modelling excellent practice. Hours of work are flexible to meet the needs of the Trust but will not routinely exceed 37 hours per week. Occasional evening work is expected and this role is office based.
