Location: Hybrid – Secondary Schools
Salary: £73,105 – £80,655 (L15–L19) FTE 
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time considered)

The Active Learning Trust is seeking an exceptional Trust Secondary Maths Lead to drive improvement in Maths across our secondary academies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, ambitious and influential Maths leader ready to make impact at Trust level.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and improve Maths outcomes across all secondary schools.
  • Support KS4 teaching to help raise pupil achievement.
  • Provide high-quality coaching and professional development to Maths leaders and teachers.
  • Strengthen curriculum design, assessment practice and overall quality of provision.
