  • We are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to join our People Services team as a People Partner. This is a key role within the Trust, working in partnership with leaders to deliver high-quality, consistent and impactful people practices that support excellent educational outcomes. 

    We are looking for a dedicated individual who can: 

    • ·        Act as a trusted People Partner to senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and constructive challenge

      ·        Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency, compliance and effective risk management

      ·        Drive organisational change, including restructures, TUPE and growth activity, ensuring legal compliance and positive engagement

      ·        Deliver a high-quality, responsive People Service, managing operational delivery and continuous improvement

      ·        Support leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness across the Trust

      ·        Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

    You will be: 

    ·        An experienced HR professional with strong employee relations and change management expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law

    ·        A credible communicator, able to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships at all levels

    ·        Resilient, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment

    ·        A values-led leader, committed to professionalism, integrity, inclusion and continuous improvement

    ·        Skilled in managing complexity with discretion, maintaining high standards of confidentiality

    ·        Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
