About this Role

As Family Support Worker, the successful candidate will work with children and families to ensure all pupils can feel safe in school and achieve their best. Demonstrating our values of belonging, aspiration, resilience and communication, we are looking for someone who can join our already brilliant safeguarding and support team, engaging families, working collaboratively to remove barriers, improving attendance and generally impacting positively on the education and well-being of all who attend our school. We would ideally like to employ someone with an additional language, preferably one which is represented in our school (e.g. Roma or Slovak) and experience working with families in a diverse community would be very welcome.

The post is for 3 days a week and we can be flexible about the working days of the successful candidate.
