About
this role:
The Lighthouse Multi Academy Trust are looking for
an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our central team, based
in Willenhall, West Midlands. The role will involve working centrally at our
trust offices. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours a week, 52 weeks a
year with time given within this to attend training and complete coursework. We are looking for a dedicated and organised
individual with great communication skills and a commitment to learn. Experience
within a busy office or school environment would be advantageous.
Main Responsibilities (see attached job description for further
details):

Assist with filing, photocopying, and data entry.
·
Prepare and
distribute correspondence such as emails, letters, and notices.
·
Handle email and telephone enquiries.
·
Maintain staff and visitor details on electronic sign in
systems.
·
Relay messages between team members and departments.
·
Manage appointments for the central team.
·
Coordinate meetings and MAT events, which may involve working
at alternative locations and from time to time outside of normal office hours.
