Buildings & Estates Compliance Officer
Location: Shropshire - Across SCEAT Schools
(multi-site role) Main base: Bridgnorth
Salary: NJC Grade 6, £26,824– £28,142 per annum (pro rata), depending on
experience
Hours: Up to 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday (Term Time + 3 weeks)
Flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours or alternative
contractual arrangements, will be considered for the right candidate.
Required: As soon as possible and ideally by
September 2026.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Buildings
& Estates Compliance Officer to join our Trust in this newly created
and vital role.
Working across our schools, you will play a key role in
ensuring that all statutory compliance requirements relating to estates, health
and safety are met. This is a hands-on operational role combined with
strategic oversight, providing both practical support in schools and
assurance across the Trust.
You will work closely with the Director of Estates and
Property, site teams, and external specialists to ensure our schools remain
safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for pupils and staff.

Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH,
NEBOSH) are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
