As Chief Financial Officer, you will:
• Provide strategic financial leadership across Accomplish Multi Academy Trust.
• Lead the Trust's financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability, financial resilience and value for money.
• Provide expert financial advice and strategic guidance to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Trustees and Executive Leadership Team.
• Ensure the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, audit and risk management across the Trust.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing finance team that delivers an efficient, proactive and customer-focused service to our schools and central teams.
• Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, statutory accounts, financial reporting, procurement, cash flow and financial planning.
• Lead the financial management, monitoring and reporting of the Trust's externally funded programmes, including the Jerry Clay English Hub, the Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, the Accomplish Great Things Together (AGTT) professional development programme and future strategic initiatives, ensuring effective oversight of all grant funding, income and expenditure.
• Identify opportunities to maximise resources, improve efficiencies and deliver innovative financial solutions that support the Trust's strategic priorities.
• Play a pivotal role in supporting Trust growth, undertaking financial due diligence for new schools and ensuring robust financial planning for future expansion.
• Build strong relationships with school leaders, Trustees, auditors, funding bodies and external partners, ensuring finance is recognised as a strategic enabler of educational excellence
