About this Role
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Operations who will strategically lead the Business Functions of Bower Learning Partnership.
The role is a full time position, 37 hours a week and all year round.
Whilst the role will predominantly lead the varying functions of the Business Central Team including HR, IT, Finance, Estates, Admin and Catering. The role is also fundamental in working in partnership with the Executive Headteacher to ensure effective growth, financial sustainability and development of the partnership.
Bower Learning Partnership is a unique collaboration of schools, it includes a Hard Federation of Polden Bower and Avalon Schools, but also provides Executive leadership to the Pupil Referral Units within Somerset, working strategically with the Local Authority, the DfE and other partners.
The successful applicant will be expected to work across the schools as required, be flexible and responsive to the need of the schools and leaders and provide strategic advice and school improvement support.
